Somebody in your room is stuck. A habit they can't shake. A phone they can't put down. Anxiety that won't shut up. Shame over something nobody knows about. Some of them have been stuck so long they think that's just who they are.

BREAK FREE walks your teens through Exodus: a God who hears, a God who delivers, and a God who leads. They'll laugh, compete, and get loud, then sit with the question that matters: "What's my Egypt?"

Big idea: God doesn't just bring you out. He brings you through.
