Train up a child in the way he should go,

Giving birth to a child is different from parenting a child. To parent a child is to lead a child from infancy to adulthood by supporting and encouraging him or her in the right path to follow.
Different parents do this in different ways according to their level of understanding and availability. In some cases, some parents are too indulged in one activity or the other, or even in their pursuits that they don't have time to watch over and raise their children.
Some others are involved in their children's lives but are either too strict and hard in their walls or they just watch the child go the way they choose.
Well, few are deeply involved in their child's life and try their best to raise them to the best of their knowledge.
But as Christians who desire kingdom kids, we must follow the way of the scriptures in raising our children.
Train up your child according to the standard of the Bible, so that when they grow up, they will not deviate from the ways of God.
Let the word of God be your guide in raising your kids. Follow biblical principles in raising your children that will benefit the child, you, the advancement of God's kingdom, and the world at large.
